Delivery days are Monday & Thursday

We follow pre-set delivery routes on the delivery days. You always receive an email the day before your delivery day with an estimated one hour delivery window. If you select "Daytime Delivery" your meals will be delivered between 08:00 and 17:00.

For evening delivery after between 17:00 and 20:00, select "Evening Delivery" on the list of delivery options.

After the delivery is done, you receive another email with a delivery confirmation.

Estimated delivery times:

8:00 - 12:00 : Helsinki Postal Codes 00100 - 00990
12:00 - 17:00 : Espoo & Vantaa

The day before the delivery day you receive an estimated delivery time window of 1 hour.

If you would like your delivery to be earlier or later on the delivery day, we will adjust the delivery time based on your schedule. Simply get in touch.

If you are not home around the estimated delivery time, you can let us know what time suits you better, also after 17:00. If preferred, we leave a cooling box with your meals at your door so the food stays fresh until you are home.

Home/office delivery:

Select "Home/Office Delivery" on our order page and fill in your address details following the checkout. The delivery fee for one or both delivery days is €5,90 for orders under €90.

Pick-up point:

Your bag with meals is marked with your name and placed in the FuelMe fridge at the pick-up point. You receive an email after the delivery is completed, so you know you can go and grab your meals from your selected pick-up point.
